I don't know if you still want this but depending on what you want exacly I could do something like that for you.

One thing is that the vallaslins only cover the head so if you wanted the tattoo to cover the visible body parts as well you'd have to edit the corresponding textures on the armors and clothing (because the skin texture is (in most cases) always part of the armor texture. There is (as far as i know) no way to simply add the tattoo to all body textures. You would have to add them individually. (And I am not going to do that for every armor. I can however do it for one armor, or the skyhold pj if you want)

The next thing is that white tattoos do not work. At least not as a tattoo replacement.
(in the character creation even if you choose a white color for the tattoo it will always be just a slightly lighter tone than your sklin color)
Thats pretty annoying but there is a way around it, by drawing the tattoo simply onto the inquisitors face texture.
(I've done this before, i wanted a white tattoo too ;) http://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinqui ... ges/10447/? )
The downside is that you would need a mod to make at least one of the original vallaslins invisible, exept you want to combine them.
(but the vallaslin will always be on top of the headtexture)
Oh and every other inquisitor with this texture in use will have the tattoo too.

So... just tell me what you want ;)
