Hello,
I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this, but I just had a quick question and was hoping someone may be able to help me with a solution, if there is one. I'm *slightly* OCD, and I was wondering if there is way to easily change the mod titles as they display in ModManager? I would like them all to be renamed so they're organized and easily recognizable.

There's no "edit" name function in ModManager, and I know if I import/open the mod in ModMaker then I'm able to change the name, but those files end up making my game crash where the "original" files did not.

Can anyone help me? Is there a way to rename the mod files as they display in ModManager so that they're easy to organize?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

For .daimod files, simply open them with a text editor like notepad++. You'll see the name twice in it. Change it in both places but be careful to not delete the special characters (go to view->show symbols -> show all characters)

for the old "package" mods, change the title in the .mft file.

Should take care of it.

You are a lifesaver! Thank you so much. I did exactly as you said, and tested it out in the game. The mod title is changed via Mod Manager AND it doesn't crash my game (which is what I was getting very good at). It figures I was trying to go about this the hard way! :)

I really appreciate your help.
